At FarmHouse Fresh, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the botanical products you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our farm; then drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
